We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Support Manager to join our team at Sampson Park Group, based Oundle Veterinary Surgery in Northamptonshire.
Our Client Support Manager will be expected to coordinate and ensure the day runs smoothly alongside other team managers; leading the reception team across 3 of our 5 sites. Duties include client support, service provision, reception duties, debt management, healthcare plan management, personnel management, team scheduling, dealing with complaints and other managerial/administrative tasks.
This is a full time position (40 hours a week), but part-time working/flexible working considered.
About the Team and Culture
Oundle Vets is a progressive SA first opinion practice with up-to-date technology. It is part of a 5-site group called Sampson Park Group so there's a brilliant opportunity for learning and delivers an excellent support network for growth and development. Our team is currently made up of 4/5 vets, 5/6 nurses and full reception cover. Referral site within the group (Byre Vets) where we regularly see orthopaedic/dental/ophthalmology/physio referrals. We pride ourselves on our wellbeing initiatives and team engagement.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced veterinary receptionist; ideally possessing some previous coaching and managerial experience, but we welcome candidates with experience from similar working environments wanting to progress into a leadership type role. We are looking for a well organised, motivated and professional individual.
